We need shipping information to send you custom marketing material (business cards, magnets, etc.) to spread the word.

2. We will contact you to schedule your design session

Our team will be in touch within 1-3 business days to schedule your configuration and design session. However, it’s common for us to reach out the same day to get started. In the meantime, feel free to gather any ideas or images that inspire the look and feel of your site.

Consider what makes your location unique—whether it’s a distinctive tree, a scenic beach, lake, or mountaintop, or even a vibrant neighborhood. These special features can be woven into your domain name, site design, and description to create a truly personalized online presence.

3. We will meet virtually and our team will help you build your site

We’ll meet one-on-one for a personalized design and configuration session. During this session, we’ll select a domain name, build a custom website tailored to your business, and even create a logo if you don’t already have one—all powered by AI.

The process may involve one or more calls, depending on the number of properties you manage, the plan you’ve subscribed to, and your familiarity with the tools.

4. We will show you around your new WordPress site

AI will handle most of the heavy lifting in building your website, accelerating your time to market so you can focus on what matters most in your business. You’ll just need to add some personal touches to make the site uniquely yours. This includes details like the services you offer, pricing, contact information, and your “About” page.

5. You will have control to further tailor your site to your needs

Our team will have your site up and running within minutes and spend 15–30 minutes guiding you through its features and answering any questions. From there, we hand over the keys, giving you the flexibility to customize the site further—adding services and making updates as your business grows, all at no additional cost. You can also reach out anytime with additional questions.
Managed Offerings: Our team will take care of the setup to get your site fully operational. We’ll need your input on specific areas like email configuration and payment setup, and from there, we can handle ongoing changes and additions to keep up with your business growth, all at no extra cost.

After I sign up, how long do I need to wait until my site is ready for bookings?

We will book the Initial Design Session usually within 1-2 days, and then after the design session, your site will be ready for booking. You’ll still need to put your finishing touches on it but with a couple hours of investment with our team you will be ready to take on the world!

What is the difference between Managed and Standard service?

With Managed, you will meet with our team monthly to make any updates to the website. You will still handle bookings, payments, reservations, and all related items, but we will handle all of the website updates on a monthly cadence.

Can I bring my logo, domain, or other items?

Absolutely! If you bring your domain, please have the login credentials ready as we will need to make changes. While we are competent IT professionals, we don’t have expertise in every domain provider, so please come prepared.

I’m not good with computers or WordPress but love this service and want a fully managed site. Can you help?

Our managed plans offer everything our normal plans have, however we will do the editing and changes to the site. You’ll still manage the listings, booking, communication and other related items, we handle the website.

After the design and configuration session, how long until my site is online?

For the vast majority of our customers when we end the design and configuration session, your site will be online and ready for customers! (it still will require your final touches) However, sometimes there are hiccups and we will work through them with you to make sure you are up and running ASAP.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Our design and configuration session is included in the monthly/yearly plan (for free).

How much time will I invest to complete my site after the design and configuration session?

It depends. If you are familiar with WordPress, 2-3 hours is ideal to put the finishing touches on your site. If you are new to WordPress, then 8-16 hours of clicking around(over many days is advised) and learning what you can accomplish with WordPress is a good estimate. Don’t fret though, during the design and configuration session we will cover the bases of WordPress to get you started, and we are always here for you.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day free trial and know you’ll love our service. If at any time during those 14 days, you are not satisfied, please let us know why so we can improve, and you may cancel at no charge.

We don’t offer a refund on services after the 14-day trial period.

How many ‘properties’ do I need to buy?

Each rental unit is counted as one property, and you need to purchase services for each rented unit.

Example 1: You have 1 property with 3 houses that can be rented as a whole, you would need one property
Example 2: You have 1 property with 3 houses that are each rented separately, you would need three properties
Example 3: You have 10 mini homes that are each rented separately, you would need 10 properties.
Example 4: You have 1 house, with 24 rooms that are each rented separately, you would need 24 properties

Can I keep the free domain that comes with your annual plan?

Yes – If you decide to leave, your domain is yours to take with you after one full year payment has been made.

Are custom plans available?

Yes – Please contact us with your thoughts on how we can help you scale your business.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes – We hate to see our hosts leave, but you can cancel at any time. Please refer to our refund policy.

How many properties does the Business plan include?

We do not have a maximum number, however property owners with over 100 rentals will be a custom quote. Please contact us if you have more than 100 rental properties and we will provide a quote.

If you don’t want to waste time with emails, sign up for the plan that best fits your needs and we can give you a quote during the initial design and configuration session.

Do I need to host or set up anything on my computer?

No! That is the best part. This runs in the cloud and there is nothing for you to install or configure. We do all of the heavy lifting and your plans come with unlimited hosting.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods via Paypal. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.

What hours and days are you available for the design and configuration session?

We schedule these Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. We will provide a couple of days and times to accommodate your schedule.
